We are very pleased to announce the opening of our Los Angeles office. In collaboration with our headquarters in New York and our office in Nashville, our new LA office will allow us to better serve our West Coast based clients.
We also welcome our newest attorney, Jonah Grossbardt, who will run our LA office. Jonah’s background in business provides him with a great understanding of how to close deals and how to resolve disputes in context. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and California, is a board member of the Barristers Committee and sits on the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section at the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Jonah also volunteers at Bet Tzedek Legal Services and the Roxbury Park Legal Clinic.
Clients often ask us questions about setting up employee agreements, particularly agreements that include non-compete provisions. In the article below, “Protection and Restriction with Non-Compete Provisions”, we provide an introductory look at how non-compete provisions work, and why they are important.
